We offer a next generation transfection reagent Quickfectin™ that is optimized for routine DNA transfection in mammalian cells, especially HEK293 cells, using a simple, quick procedure. It is ideally suited for large-scale transfection and high-throughput protein/virus production. 

We provide a LentiPAK™ lentiviral packaging DNA mix, a pre-optimized formulation of plasmid mixture for efficient packaging of a lentivector into viral particles. When co-transfected with a lentivector, it will yield high titers (typically ≥10⁷ IFU/m) of replication-free, self-inactivating lentiviral particles for transducing target cells such as primary and non-dividing cells.

We offer a series of pre-packaged lentivirus for reporter genes under the control of either a promoter from a gene of interest or a minimal promoter (TATA-box) joined to a defined cis-regulatory element such as tandem repeats of a specific transcriptional response element (TRE). The viral particles can be used for generating stable reporter cell lines of virtually any cell type. 

We offer pre-packaged lentivirus for stable or inducible expression of CRISPR-cas9:sgRNA targeting to any gene of interest in host cells.  We also provide pre-packaged lentivirus for Chimeric Antigen Receptor T cells (CAR-T) to transduce T cells that specifically recognize an antigen on the patient's tumor cells and mount T cell-mediate cytotoxicity against tumor.
